The general cleanliness and condition of this hotel was poor. The floor of the room was sloping and was quite dissorientating when walking into the bathroom. Romantic quirky cottage in Hay On Wye
The host were extremely helpful and responsive. The cottage was well located for Hay On Wye, it was also well equipped. The only slight negative is the road noise if you aren't used to it.
