「Fantastic spa day and overnight stay at the Celtic Manor. Staff were courteous and professional in all areas of the hotel, food was superb, our suite was stunning, the spa facilities were wonderful. We had such a magical time. We are already discussing our return! 」

「We stayed at Lanelay Hall on 07 December and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hall looked beautiful with its festive Christmas decorations, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our Deluxe King room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was equally immaculate. 「Firstly, this was a bit of a hidden treasure. I will hopefully be staying there again. My room was excellent, delightful. Unfortunately, i did not have time to use the Spa on this occasion. The evening meal choices were outstanding, and my Welch Fish and Chips was the best ! With 99% of my experience being outstanding - I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Nonetheless, wonderful staff, especially the young waitress who served my evening meal on arrival.」

「Room was huge, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff were all friendly & helpfull, making our stay very pleasant. Wifi didn't work but didn't affect us and only tiny criticism would be a lack of hooks/rails in the lovely bathroom, as there was nowhere to hang wet towels. 」
