The position of the property is amazing overlooking the port and the town of Llanes and the surrounding area is fantastic. The apartment is very nice but the equipment is very basic. The WiFi doesn’t work, there is no oven, there are not enough knives and forks and cups for 6 people, there is no sharp knife, the filter coffee machine does not work and the Italian coffee maker doesn’t work with an induction hob. The company who run the property replied once when informed of this and then stopped replying. I don’t think they really care. A potentially really great place but needs more attention to detail as it is quite an expensive place

lo mejor la ubicación y limpieza siempre se a dicho que de los errores se aprende y nunca mas alquilare un apartamento si no es al anfitrión personalmente ya que esta empresa solo atienden en horario de oficina, y no son muy rápidos en contestar a las llamadas telefónicas, al llegar tuvimos 2 problemas uno era que salía el agua por debajo del lavabo que avisamos nada mas llegar pero como no estaban al día siguiente por wasap nos dijeron que pusiéramos un cubo debajo y vendrían a solucionarlo y si vinieron la otra era que la tv no funcionaba toda la conversación fue por wasap dijeron que la conectara vía hdi pero después de 5 días seguíamos sin poder ver la tv y comunicándolo durante varios días. sin molestarse a venir a solucionar el problema, la casa esta muy bien y muy limpia, y en el mismo puerto con muy buenas vistas al casco antiguo y al embarcadero de los barcos y muy ventilada, a 3 minutos andando de muchísimos restaurantes y hay un par de tiendas al lado para comprar lo que supongo que esta empresa tendrá las inspecciones al día de la vivienda ya que esta lindando con otra que esta apuntalada por estar en mal estado, hay muchas grietas en las habitaciones y grandes, por eso digo lo de la inspección ya que no se hasta que punto se puede estar allí, también hay que tener en cuenta que al estar en el casco antiguo si es fiesta no puedes aceder al apartamento ya que a igual que todas las noches por la tarde cortan la calle para hacerla peatonal, y no puedes pasar
