「I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). 」

「Excellent hotel in the centre of brecon. While the free parking was often full the nearby paid car parks were very reasonable (4 gbp) . Lovely hosts and delicious breakfasts. 」

「Breakfast had a wide choice of options. The bed was really comfortable and warm. Internet access was very good. The room had a good sized fridge in it which was a very good idea for keeping snacks fresh and milk fresh for tea. It was a very clean room The guesthouse is situated in the centre of the small town of Lampeter and is more reasonably priced than most establishments and they are nice people working there. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at The Drovers. The room was well appointed looking over the garden. Breakfast was amazing, the laverbread and cockles,wow! We would of loved to of dined here when it was a restaurant 💖」

Rooms perfect with en suite and views when sat outside were amazing. Loved watching the red kites . Central to all walking spots and hosts were friendly and nothing wasnt too much trouble for them. 」

「Fabulous stay at this gorgeous BnB with charming hosts. Loved the spacious ensuite room with soaking tub. Breakfast was perfect and the shared living space (with breathtaking Brecon Beacon views) was so comfortable that H enjoyed posting up there for work. Would love to return for a longer (than 2 night) visit and check out more of the hundreds of nearby hikes. 」

「Situated at the end of a quiet lane with breath taking views of the countryside and the Black Mountains beyond, we were met by our wonderful host Sophie who welcomed us to her lovely home. Private entrance to the house, with everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully delivered to provide a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and the best I have had in some time. Sophie was knowledgable and super helpful, and lovely to get to know. Totally recommend staying.」
