"We spent a lovely comfortable week in this house which is equipped to feel like a home. A cool and stylish interior, with well equipped kitchen. And very comfortable beds. The very large balcony area with two large settees and large dining table, overlooking the beach and cove below, were where we spent most time as there was always a cooling breeze, welcome when the temperature was around 34 degrees. The hot tub are was completely private with sea views. The description told us what to expect from this property, and the reslity lived up to the promise. Imma, the owner kept in touch with us in a way which was entirely professional, but also felt like a friend. We knew we could contact her at sny time if we had a concern, but we didn’t need to. Her representative ( her brother) called in, as arranged, about two hours after we arrived to make sure everything was OK for us and explain the hot tub controls. All in all it felt like a real home from home, except for the spectacular setting! Llanca is a lovely small town, on a coast of lovely small towns. There are several lovely easily accessible beaches. In fact the one below the house can be accessed in 10 minutes, although the climb back up is punishing for elderly people like us. Fortunately it is possible to perk the car on a road close by. "

"The property is well equipped for 2 adult couples on a self catering holiday. The view of sunrise from the main room and balcony was memorable: shame the balcony was in shade from late morning (although we may have had a very different experience in the height of summer). The most significant concern we had was that the "oven" was not the normal, full size we expected but a small, table top decvice large enough only for 1/2 pizza. A car is essentail as it is a 30 minute walk down through the development to the main road and then an additional 20 minute walk to shops. Satellite TV has two English language channels and rented WiFi router was a bonus."
