On the Costa Brava (Alt Empordà), 250 m from a set of beaches (Tonyines, Farella ...) and 1 km from the Port and the Vila de Llançà. In a 4-dwelling building built in 2005. It consists of 3 exterior rooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom and a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a private garden of 90 m2, a bright living room of 25.5 m2 with sea views and a terrace of 32 m2, half covered, overlooking the bay of Port de la Selva. Capacity for 4 adults and 2/3 children. It has wifi, air conditioning, heating and private garage.
Located in a quiet residential area 5 'walk from a large supermarket and 10' from the two nuclei that make up the town of Llançà: the Port and the Vila, which have all the necessary services. Second time here
We returned for our second time because we fell in love with this condo and the location on our first stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Joan was a great and available host. The beaches were close by and the coastal pathways were spectacular. We hope to come again.

A Wonderful Treat
This condo exceeded our expectations. We saw the excellent reviews, but rarely does a place live up to them as this one did. Joan had thought of so many helpful things for the kitchen to get us started on our stay. Thank you! The apartment was very clean with a beautiful large terrace that we loved. The views were gorgeous and both the beach(es) and the Coastal Path were just a few minutes walk away. As an aside, the Coastal Pathway is an absolute delight to walk. It’s wonderfully kept up and a beautiful walk either to town or the other direction. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped if you plan to cook. There was a grocery store at the bottom of the hill that was very handy, though it is a bit of a climb to get back to the condo with the groceries if you plan to walk It was very nice to have a garage; be aware though that it is a bit of a challenge to get your car in there. Bedrooms have a good amount of storage, but are definitely on the small side, something you should be aware of if you are planning to have multiple people there. Having two bathrooms is a real plus. The second bath is a full bath with shower and washing machine, but is small. Not a problem for us. My husband and I are both tall and for us the living room furniture was a bit low. Again, Joan was very attentive and very easy to communicate with. We’d love to come back.

Fabulous stay
We had a truly wonderful stay at apartment. The apartment has everything you need just like home. Great location. We had a problem with boiler and Joan had it replaced fabulous. Also left our laptop and Joan is sending it home for us couldn't ask for better service so kind .

Great Property in Llanca
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment which totally lived up to all of the 5* reviews. Joan Anton was there to greet us in person and show us around the apartment, which has every facility you could ask for. The information provided about the apartment and location was excellent. A sunny terrace with a beautiful view on the Costa Brava
We had a wonderful week at this apartment in October. It was warm and sunny, and we enjoyed the terrace and grill very much. It is on a hillside just a couple hundred meters above a long cliff walk and several beaches. The walk along the cliff walk to the old port of Llançà is beautiful. There are many small shops there to buy groceries, as well as nearby supermarkets. The apartment itself is clean, beautifully furnished, quiet, and comfortable. The parking garage was appreciated to keep our car off the street. We took wonderful day trips to Cadaqués and Figueres from here. The drive across Cap de Creus is breathtaking. Our hosts Joan and Carme were warm and friendly, and greeted us on arrival. They are excellent hosts! This is a special place, and we would stay longer next time we visit. Thank you!

Light and bright fantastic apartment
Very comfortable and well equipped flat. Lovely welcome gift of wine and fruit from the owners The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a home from home 2 week stay. The electric juicer and coffee machine an added bonus .The large terrace has a lovely sea view and is very comfortable, it's large glass doors make the living room bright and open. The owners made communication easy and provide tons of information on the area.

Fantastic vacation rental!
I found this apartment for my parents (ages 76 and 80) for a 3-week vacation. Our host was kind enough to meet us at the train station and show my parents around the apartment--how to use the appliances, get to the beach, etc. After one night in the apartment, both of my parents remarked that they could easily get used to living in such luxury! Having two bathrooms was especially convenient (and I've found to be rare in European rentals), and all of the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The kitchen has all modern conveniences, tons of cabinets, and an ideal lay-out for cooking. In fact, my entire family met at this apartment several times to enjoy meals on the terrace. Because we experienced an unusually high amount of rainfall, this was very nice: we could still enjoy the amazing views while dining under the covered terrace. In addition to the spacious terrace, my mother loved the private rose garden. Although there is an enclosed garage, we did not have a car. My parents found the short walk to a large supermarket to be easy enough. They enjoyed walking to the old village of Llanca almost daily, browsing the stores or just having coffee. On the other hand, the walk to the coastal path to reach several beaches was even easier! The train station is approximately 10-15 minutes on foot, and we traveled to nearby cities and sites easily. We have vacationed on the coast of France several times in the past and were seeking a quieter place with beautiful, less crowded beaches. We found that in Llanca but, without the host's incredible compilation of information (in several languages) regarding nearby sites of interest and activities, we would not have had such a great vacation! Thanks to their well-organized notebooks, my mother and I were able to choose day trips to suit all family members' interests. My only hesitation is writing this review is that I fear Llanca will become heavily trafficked and lose its tranquil charm! We are already looking forward to returning to Llanca next summer and will definitely stay with Joan.

Great apartment, less than five minutes from the beach. Ideally situated.
The apartment was superb. It was really clean and had a lot of useful essentials included. The bedrooms are a good size and there is plenty of space to relax in with the 2 settees and the big terrace. There is a good sized family bathroom plus a utility room with a shower and toilet. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town or the port. There is a good supermarket on the same road as the apartment which is 5 minutes walk away. As we travelled on public transport we were glad to find we could walk to the train station in less than 15 minutes where you can get trains to Figueres, Girona and Barcelona one way and Cerbere in France the other. For those with a car there is a garage included in the apartment. Joan and his wife were great hosts. They had provided essentials like towels, sheets, oil, salt and pepper, all the things you need when you first arrive. They also provide lots of information about Llanca and the surrounding area and made sure all our questions were answered before they left. Joan also Whatsapped me when he knew the weather was changing, telling me where the blankets were. They went over and above normal hosting and we really felt like we were part of the family. Llanca is split between the town and the port and the apartment is in between. The town has a weekly produce market on a Wednesday and a surprising amount of shops, although Figueres is better for the serious shopper. The port is lovely. Plenty of restaurants and shops. It is also worth walking along the coastal path. We walked to Port de Selva which took about 2 hours, but was well worth it and got the bus back. The path the other way towards Port Bou stops being paved about a mile after Grifeu beach and was quite hard going for those without proper shoes. There must be 10 different beaches within 10 minutes walk of the apartment. All are lovely and we walked between them depending on how busy they were or where the sun was. I would wholeheartedly recommend Joan's apartment. We had a brilliant holiday and will definitely return if we come back to Llanca.

Perfect holiday appartment
We stayed in the apartment in July 2017 with our friends (two families with children), and would say that this was one of the best holiday apartment we ever rented. Llianca is a small village, not so overcrowded yet by tourists in comparison with other Costa Brava resorts located closely to Barcelona, and there were just a few people on the small beaches in a walking distance from the apartment (except the weekends). The apartment is fantastically located, with a panoramic view to the coast and the sea, on a small hill so other houses do not obscure the view. In the morning it might be a bit hot on the terrace because of the direct sunlight, but we were able to enjoy the view and the dinner at the terrace in the afternoon. There is everything that you need in the apartment and in the kitchen and even more - the most favorite for our children was electric citrus juicer, seems they drank more orange juice than before in their entire life :) Especial thanks to Joan Anton for preparation of the folders with detailed instructions for the house equipment and with tourists information for Llianca and nearest destinations, that was really helpful, we managed to see quite a lot of interesting and beautiful places not so popular for tourists. Definitely recommend to visit Cadaques which is about 30 min drive from the app, San Pere de Rodes monastery (20 min), and wonderful beaches in the National Park near Porto de la Selva. The only problem that we had was air condition had appeared broken just before our arrival and it would not possible to fix this during our stay. Joan Anton made a discount from the renting cost , really much appreciated, however, we did not really feel uncomfortable without the aircon, it was not hot in the apartment neither during daytime not at nights because of good location of the house and the see breeze. Thank you again Joan Anton for your hospitality, if we decide to return to Llianca again, your house will be definitely our choice). Kate and all the friends

3 generation family perfectly comfortable here. The view, amenities & location far exceeded desires!
We are a 3 generation family traveling together ages 3-67. Apartment was well equipped so we enjoyed breakfast and other meals here. Fresh squeezed orange juice and perfect coffee.Our host couldn't have been more hospitable. He had everything we needed to know written carefully in different languages in ringed binders. With two small children the washing machine and Legos and games were wonderful. Enjoyed all meals out on terrace overlooking the Cap de Crues and Port des Selves. We walked to different parts of Llança easily for groceries, ice cream, playgrounds, outdoor cafes for topas, beers and wine, swimming and playing at beaches, open air market. Fun hiking trail along coast to neighboring villages and monastery. We rented car at BCN and drive was easy. PArking here in garage or on street was no problem. Some took train into Girona one day and some drove to Cadaques for Natural Park boat tour. Easy drive to Figuera for Dali museum. Would have been happy sitting on terrace or at the main square for days! Recommend highly!!!
