To get to the apartment, you have to go up several flights of stairs.

When you go in, there is a spacious bright lounge-dining room with sofa-bed, armchair, coffee table, TV, cupboards and dining table and 4 chairs. It has large windows and direct access to a large terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee capsules machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and tableware.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and 1 full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

There is a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the coast, the town of Llançà and the mountains, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the good weather. It is equipped with outdoor furniture - table, chairs and sun loungers.

Air-conditioning in the lounge, radiators, vacuum cleaner, washing machine.

Location

Cap Ras is located in Llançà, along the northern part of the Costa Brava, in the Alt Empordà region. Over the years, it has become one of the most emblematic and undeveloped coastlines of the Costa Brava. It has a great variety of scenery, offering many different activities and places to explore, both for beach lovers and walkers.
