「The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Devil's Bridge and the surrounding area. We visited the Elan Valley dams and reservoirs, the Silver Mountain and Aberystwyth. The Hotel looks stunning from the outside and inside. A lot of care has gone into every detail of the hotel. Our room was on the top floor. It was very cool and quirky, just a little bit musty smelling. (We couldn't open the windows without a load of bugs flying in so had to keep them closed unfortunately.) The bathroom...

Went downhill from there. The room smelt of cigarettes when we arrive and there were burns in the carpet. The bathroom was filthy. 「The inn is lovely, perfect location, great staff, good food, free parking on the road, wonderfully comfy bed and great bathroom… but beware of room 7 with a sea view.. on the second floor up steep steps but the reason for the 3 star rating is that you will constantly hear the water pump every time anyone in the hotel uses a drop of water. ALL NIGHT LONG! Very hard to sleep or stay asleep when is constantly starting up close by the bed. Were exhausted the next day, so glad we only stayed one...
