Wonderful, beautiful former palace refitted into a very comfortable hotel. Extremely helpful host that helped us find the best restaurants in town. Only minor complaint, rooms could use better pillows, and need much better lighting in the bathroom.

I loved the charm of this place and how close it is to everything we needed or wanted to see. You can not drive directly to the hotel, but our Uber dropped us off as close as we could get, and it was only a few minutes walk. The views of Ljubljana from our window were fantastic. It was large and plenty of space for our family of four. Our AC unit started leaking overnight, and I was able to send a text from the car to the management while we were on a day trip, and they took care of it immediately. There are tons of restaurants and a grocery store right around the corner. We loved this pace for our first time to Slovenia! Highly recommend staying here...

The staff is super friendly, the location is excellent, but most of all, the interior is magical - the original building is a few hundred years old - the rooms are renovated with modern fixtures etc but the ceilings are super high, the corridors are winding and mysterious, and there are huge old wooden doors to the outside. This place is perfect for a visit to Ljubljana
