This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional.

Great location and very nice hotel!
Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. We loved it there
We stayed in haft term. The hotel is what it said on the tin. The view from 2 balconies were amazing. The location was in the centre of town. We would stay again. The best thing it’s value was excellent.
