You get what you pay for. Room was clean. I had a relatively quiet room but still have a constant machine humming sound from outside. My next door was playing loud music at 11pm and talked loudly. I told the male staff at night, he wasn very kind to get them sorted for me.

It’s a nice place to stay but just be care they make you pay a safety deposit of either £50 in cash which they return to you or they charge £1 to your bank card which gets deducted if they see any damage to the property that you made. The best way I can put this is that it’s decent for what you pay for.

LOVELY GIRL ON RECEPTION BUT - Absolutely disgusting! Was like walking into a brothel. The bed was filthy with stains all over the covers. The mattress sat on top of a piece of wood screwed to the base. The bathroom absolutely stunk and was thick in mould. Needless to say we checked out within 10 minutes of checking in. Would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. AVOID!!!!!!

Really disappointed that when we got there they didn't have our booking. Luckly the receptionist got on the phone and sorted it out and were able to sort us a room. Not sure what would have happened if there were no available rooms.
