"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"We had such a wonderful time in and around Wangen which is very beautiful. Johanna was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome on arrival and kindly left us a bottle of wine. Auf der Internetseite für eine Wohnung waren viele Bilder von allen Ferienwohnungen des Hauses eingestellt. Es war nicht ersichtlich wieviel Zimmer eine Ferienwohnung hatte. Wir vermuteten, dass einzelne Zimmer flexibel dazugenommen werden. Dies war leider ein Irrtum.
