WORST VRBO experience with a Host ever! Jackson wouldn't give us access to the place even though we had a paid reservation. On the day of arrival, he asked us to cancel and pay him directly, not thru VRBO. It was too late to cancel. On our way up to the VRBO we kept asking for access info. He was texting us directly at this point, not thru VRBO chat. He wouldn't give us the access info, even an HR after check in time. Had to call VRBO to get reservation refunded. It was a surprise BDAY weekend get away from my husband, and instead of being able to check in and walk to dinner that night, we had to sit somewhere and figure out where in the world we were going to stay now for the weekend. NOT COOL JACKSON!
