The Space:

Beautiful and bright 1 bedroom condo. kitchen fully equipped, dining area. Large bedroom with balcony. Living room leads to another larger balcony. Washer and dryer in the unit.



Guest Access:

*Outdoor pool. Indoor pool.

*Grilling area.

*Free parking.

*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)



Other Things to Note:

*Must climb stairs.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
