"Beautiful location. very nice hotel"

"Vintage looking rooms. It’s been a while since I had to handle an actual key to open a room :) AC was old and kinda working. We actually had a VCR in a room. Garden view was more of an interior shaft view - very little actual sunlight. Location is very central and rooms were clean, with recently renovated bathrooms. Hotel bar and cafes were open till late. Front desk offers a parking discount at a nearby garage, which was nice."

"It was in a very good location, easy to access the subways and get around the city. The housekeeping done a great job every day, cleaning the room and clean sheets. All the staff was super friendly from the bell hop, receptionist of the desk, to the housekeepers."

"The room was nice, clean and spacious. There were no explanations about how the phone or TV screen worked, and it was needed. The phone did not work right and was not fixed despite my reporting it. There was no paper provided to make any notes or anything else. There was a master electric switch but no explanation so I had to ask in order to get things to work which I thought did not work. They seemed surprised at my need to inquire about all these things. The restaurant was nice. The car charge in the garage would have been nice if they didn't charge four times the usual fee for charges, which was a disgusting thing to do."

"Hot tub was out of order, bandaid on bottom of pool, had to call for fix for tv, shower pressure awful and leaking, curtain slider off track, room service overpriced and food over bland. Very disappointed but front desk was only covered for elite members, too long a line with a tight schedule Very disappointing"

"This beach front stay made our girl's city trip so much more special.Excellent communication, very clean, and it had everything we needed and more. "
