「Rent og pent, gode senger. Hyggelig veranda. Bra Spa/relax. Mulighet for massasje til en fornuftig pris. Jeg hadde ikke frokost inkludert, og måtte ut med 60 PLN per dag for dette. Men den er av høy kvalitet. Kaffemaskin tilgjengelig døgnet rundt. Ligger litt vest for sentrum av Szczyrk, men avstandene er ikke avskrekkende. Hyggelig betjening」

「This is a mountain ski hotel. Everything was amazing. The breakfast and dinners were excellent. The staff simply wonderful. There is a vantage point next to the hotel where you can watch the sunsets, weather permitting. Just be aware of access to the hotel. Chairlift and not 24 hrs. I would have loved to stay longer.」

「I do not recommend it to anyone. I made a reservation and paid in advance. When I arrived at the location, there was no one to welcome me or my family. There were 5 of us. We tried everything and no one responded. I asked for a refund and the hotel did not grant it. It is easy to take money from people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.」

「Everthing was o.k. The only problem was that the staff was not aware of the payment collected by Expedia - I had to show the proof of payment on my electronic bank account. Another guest came across the same difficulty.」

「L'horreur : Sale, la chmabre comme le prétendu hôtel qui n'est qu'une grande maison aménagée. Une odeur à faire vomir dans l'hôtel. Même la nourriture ne faisait pas propre. J'ai évité de manger certaines choses douteuses. Et les horaires : Petit déjeuner tardif à 9h pile (pas de période), et dîner très tôt comme les poules à 17 h ! Je ne suis même pas resté pour le petit déjeuner du second jour, du départ, pourtant payé. En fait, pour réserver, vous êtes obligé de prendre 2 jours ! La raison...

"清潔で気持ちよく滞在できました。クーラーもあり、夏でも全く問題がなかったです。鍵の開け方も簡単でしたが、2度、部屋の番号を押しても開かなくなり、困りました。 3分程おいて再度入力すると開けられましたが、開けられるまでは非常に不安でした。また、駐車スペースが足りず、どこに停めたら良いのか困っていましたが、メッセージですぐに連絡していただけたので安心でした。"
