This peaceful southwestern retreat is located just West of Phoenix in the gorgeous Litchfield Park community and is nestled in between multiple championship golf courses. Take some time to soak up some desert therapy with nearby hiking and biking trails, or take a quick drive to many Spring training baseball stadiums. Everything you need to unwind is right here including shops, restaurants, and spa services. Your own personal haven awaits you in warm and sunny Arizona.

Anne is a great host. We appreciate the cleanliness, and attention to details that that make our stay great. We have stayed here before and we plan to stay here again the next time we are in Phoenix.

Our stay was perfect! The house was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the grill, fire table, and hot tub. The location was great, close to many restaurants, shops, and golf courses. Communication with the host was excellent and responses always came within minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property with amazing host!!

We had an amazing 5 day stay over Easter weekend! The peaceful neighborhood, beautiful sunrises, and excellent weather made for a great stay. The house and property were very clean and well maintained.The host was always available for any questions we had. The hot tub and beautiful yard were great for a relaxing stay.

Amazing property and host! The home is extremely clean and well stocked with the necessities. The furniture is comfortable, nice bedding, great outdoor space, and nice hot/cold tub! I was here for a little under 2 weeks and felt very comfortable. The host is very kind and responsive as well. Would definitely go back!

I am very picky when it comes to where I stay when traveling. Mainly because I have high expectations for cleanliness. This property impressed me because not only was it very clean, but it was warm and inviting with the details really hitting. It was very spacious for my family and I so we were comfortable there for multiple days. The host was friendly and communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely return to this property the next time I have to be back in the area.

We would definitely come back!! Great place in a great neighborhood. Safe and clean for a walk with little kiddos. Kitchen is fully equipped with functional cookware, dishes, even plastic plates for kids, water bottles, etc. I especially appreciate the sensitive detergent for laundry (save me a trip to the store) as our kids have eczema. The host is also responsive and accommodating.

Great home and great communication

We came to AZ for a week to visit friends, and this was a perfect place to start and end our days. The home was beautiful and clean, and the property was as described. The neighbor dog's barking was annoying when we were outside in the yard, but there's not much that can be done about that. We would come back again.

Anne was really easy to work with, and she responded to any questions I had about check in or the property very quickly. The house was clean and all the amenities were available to be used. There was plenty of utensils for cooking also. Three of us were here on a February golf trip and there are a number of courses nearby, so it was a great location for us to stay. It was also nice to relax in the Hot Tub after a round of golf. We didn't use the outdoor fire pit or grille, but they were available for us to use, but the weather was cool outside at this time of year in the evenings. Overall, this was a great place to stay for the golf trip.

Spring Training Trip

The house was as advertised, and the owner Anne, was easy to talk to and responded to all our questions promptly. The house was in a great spot for our family spring training baseball trip with 5 ballparks in a 30 minute radius from the house. We also had an 8 month old with us, so it was really nice that the owner had a pack and play available for us to use during our stay. The hot tub was nice to use for relaxing in the early morning before we departed for the games. Overall, the house was well stocked, the outside furniture on the patio was great, and the fire pit was nice to use in the evenings.
