Our accommodation (operating since Sept 2012) is central, located in a historical and romantic neighborhood (Castelo/Alfama), 1-min away from the Castle, the E28 and E12 tram routes, and nearby several viewpoints.
This three-floor cozy accommodation has an inviting garden and deck area, where you can relax and peacefully enjoy the neighborhood PGJyPgFully equipped kitchen, TV, fast WiFi, A/C, and heating. PGJyPg sounds sounds Cozy and inviting for couples or young families, it's also well-suited for solo travelers and small groups of friends, and it's a stand-alone property in Lisbon. It is located in a very central, typical, and beautiful part of town.
It is peaceful and has a private garden and a deck area that you can enjoy.

Being a three-floor accommodation, its layout is as follows:
Upper floor - Bedroom (with a double bed, 140x200cm or 55"x 79") and bathroom;
Main floor - Living room and access to the deck area;
Bottom floor - Kitchen and garden.

The place has an inviting garden with a citrus tree and a small deck area, where you can relax in the shade or sun and peacefully enjoy the neighborhood sounds.

It has a TV, a smart-box TV, fast Wi-Fi (up to 300Mbps), A/C in the bedroom, heating, and we provide amenities and bed and bath linen.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you will need for your stay, regardless of whether you are 1 or 4 guests :)

Our accommodation (operating since Sept 2012) is very central, located in a historic, romantic, and stunningly beautiful part of the city (Castelo/Alfama neighborhood), near the castle, the E28 and E12 tram routes, and several viewpoints.
Views from the neighboring viewpoints are simply fabulous, encompassing inspiring riverside city views from the Tagus River.
Here you can find a full range of restaurants in nearby Castelo, Sé, and Alfama neighborhoods (from high-end cuisine to typical low-cost restaurants), top art galleries, historical landmarks, St Jorge Castle (just a 2-minute walk), etc.
Also, the typical yellow Electrico 28 and Electrico 12 (trams) and bus stops are 1 minute away from your doorstep. From the accommodation, you can reach all parts of the city in a blink of an eye.

Note: Please note that the inner spiral staircase is narrow and may be difficult to use for people with limited mobility.

Note: Also, please note that we assume that all bookings we get stating 2 people mean sharing the main bed. Should you wish the sofa-bed (located in the living room, 140x188cm or 55"x74") prepared for your stay, please inform us in advance. There is a small extra cleaning charge (25€) in this situation that can be settled after the booking confirmation, through Airbnb, or upon check-in.
