部屋は清潔に掃除されており、スタッフは皆親切で良かった。朝食のオムレツはシェフがその場で焼いてくれます。おすすめです。

Nice place to stay for vacation

The hotel is at shopping street but it not clouded or loud. Subway is 2 minute walk from the hotel so it easy to go around the city. In the hotel there is a nice pool so if you are tired from sightseeing you could relax at the pool area. The staff was very child friendly and we have a nice time there. If you have time you should go to the Sky bar to see great view.

大通りに面した歴史ある高級ホテル

ホテル前のリベルダーデ通りは公園のような道路で、散歩に適している。ホテル従業員は、礼儀正しく、とても上品。朝食は、食材が豊富で、どれも美味しいものだった。

WIFIが・・・

いまどきWIFIが有料なのはいかがなものかと思う。ただし、事前にネットで会員登録すれば無料になるが、無料で接続する方法がわからず、結局フロントの方に設定していただいた。しかし、チェックアウトの時にはチャージされており、フロントで説明して無料にしていただいた。それ以外の不満はなし。

町の中心。観光に便利。

コンセルジュの対応が丁寧で良かった。紹介してもらったレストランは今回欧州旅行中ベストでした。また館内の１階のレストランも食事の内容と価格のバランスが良かったと思う。

ホテルの内装はクラシカルで落ち着いた雰囲気。客室内は清潔で滞在中は快適に過ごすことができた。立地は、中心地に近く、利便性が非常に良かった。

街中徒歩圏で、サービス、設備とも一流のお勧めホテル

Europcarのレンタカーでポルトから到着しましたが、ドアマンがレンタカー返却をしてくれ、そのままチェックインできてて本当に助かりました（Europcarがすぐ隣の系列ホテルにあり）。ちなみにポルトガル郊外はレンタカーはとても快適ですが、リスボン市内はベレン地区以外は徒歩とバス、路面電車、ケーブルカー、タクシーの方がいいです。部屋はスタンダードだと、中庭（明かり取りの空間）側で展望は全くなく、カーテンを降ろさないと向かいの部屋から丸見えですが、夜寝るだけなら全く問題なしです。部屋は狭いですが、ベッド、設備は快適です。バスタブはないですが、シャワーブースは快適で、天井からでるシャワーは打たせ湯みたいで気持ちよかったです。朝食は別料金だと25ユーロと30ユーロでしたので、パスしました。コンセルジュはとても有能な感じで、親切迅速にとてもいいファドのお店を予約してもらいました。夜のリスボンのいいレストランやファドはだいたい予約でいっぱいのようでしたので、コンセルジュに予約を入れてもらってからいくのをお勧めします。アクセスは地下鉄駅徒歩1分ですし、歩いても街中まで行けます。手軽なレストランも徒歩圏にたくさんあります。お勧めのホテルと思います。

Maravilhoso em todos os quesitos, exceto pelo café da manha, maravilhoso. Porém o espaço é pequeno para número de hóspede, há uma fila para aguardar mesa e mesmo chegando cedo pode ser que não consiga tomar café, ou que esse seja rápido, já que encerra impreterivelmente as 10:30h. Não há nada o que melhorar além desse ponto.

Service ne méritant pas les 5 étoiles, les équipes ne savent pas gérer les problèmes survenant. Aucune solution proposée aux clients malgré un tarif à la nuit exorbitant. Non professionnel. Personnel bien formée pour éviter et contourner les sujets qui fâchent.

First arrived, tipped €20 for valet parking and luggage care. Told that they will care after our bags and take to the room immediately. Checked in and I went to the lobby bar with children for snacks. After 1 hour noticed our bags still left in the doorway, basically staff was waiting for us to come to the room first to get another tip. Consider ourselves fair to good tippers but didn’t like that behaviour. Following morning we decided to stay another night in Lisbon. My husband went to the reception at 9:30am to check availability and rates to extend our rooms. Sat there nearly 20mins and told that hotel was full and to come back 10-15mins to find out if the hotel has any available rooms, so we said that we come back after breakfast. The breakfast finishes at 10:30am. Got to the breakfast just before 10am. Was told there will be a couple of minutes wait for the table but noticed there was 4-5 other parties already waiting for the tables. While waiting decided to look for an availability for the hotel room, see there was available rooms as the same rate as the night before £520 per two rooms per night. My husband left me and children for breakfast and went back to the reception to ask if I book online can we keep the same rooms. Was told to wait, waited another 10-12 mins then was told if we book online we couldn’t keep the rooms but if we book with hotel for rate £800 we can keep the rooms. At the same time no breakfast table as time run out. no rooms, very disappointed

A wonderful hotel at the heart of Portugal

From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were treated exceptionally well by the staff of the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa. Their facilities are very well kept, the room (especially the bed) was comfortable, and last, but not least, their staff was friendly and always very eager to help. We really enjoyed our stay there. I would not hesitate to stay here again (and we will). Nor would I hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

No hot/warm water

We had 2 rooms and there was no hot water at all, not even warm water to take a shower or just wash hands. The color of water was not clear either. The rooms are small and carpets need to be changed and or tile put in. It was super noisy outside as well.
