PROS: The hotel is professionally managed and fully updated with modern furniture and fixtures. Very impressed. Location is ideal for easy access to all of Lisbon and train stations, tours, shopping and food. Very quiet and comfortable beds and storage although small. CONS: No water, fridge and coffee is powder with kettle (no machine) charges for replacement, no ice machines on floors and their ice machine was broken using only a small countertop machine for entire hotel. (not good) many coffee shops/bakeries close MUSTS: Book a room facing street with Juliet balcony.

We spent six days at The 7 Hotel and had a wonderful experience in March . The location is perfect, within walking distance of almost all the major tourist attractions and lots of bar and restaurants . The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was professional and very helpful throughout our stay. While the elevator was out of service for one day, the overall quality of the service and the convenience of the location more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon.

Conveniently located next to Baixa-Chiado metro. Lots of eateries close by. Rossio square is a five minute walk. Staff were friendly and approachable. On Friday, the staff offered small cups of port wine which was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and towels were changed daily. Rooms and bathroom were compact as is usually the case with many European hotels. Lifts were working.
