The place was very clean and close to everything we needed. We were thankful for the help with transfers, and although there was a little confusion, it worked out well. What was disappointing is all of the things in need of repair, like the window shades where the thing was not even attached to the wall, the bathroom door does not shut, the door handle on the bedroom was about to fall off, the furniture is pretty old, the beds are not so sturdy and move way too much at night. There is a fan in the corner of one of the rooms that makes bizarre noises we were afraid to use, besides the fact that it was missing a leg. The wifi got fixed immediately and we received new towels, but no one came to fix anything else, as promised. The pictures were not representative of the apartment. Also, the only cleanliness issues were stains on the bedspread in one room and curtains in that room; and the mold in the bathroom, around the shower. Black mold. Plus, they need to repair the shower door so you can take a shower without flooding the bathroom. And the garbage in one bathroom was not emptied. The coffee pot leaked and made a mess every morning. They just need to spend a day in there fixing everything and it would be 100% improvement. Thank goodness they were kind and nice.
