It's a 1 bedroom, 1 pull-out in the living room on the 2nd floor. The stairs are winding and steep, without night lighting. There is a definite technique to unlocking the door. The shower head leaked and the water didn't drain (corrected day 2, as was lack of linen for pull-out). No Wi-Fi. Furniture, including mattress on bed are horribly stained.

All in all a really nice place

All in all it's a great place! The location makes it easy to access a lot of the interesting stuff. There is plenty of space in the apartment and the views are really nice. When we checked in it was super clean and had everything we needed in terms of cooking-gear etc. There were really only a few minor hickups: We did not get the necessary codes beforehand. However, that was quickly resolved using WhatsApp. There are some water-damages which are pretty mouldy. I've seen others mention it so it really would be a good idea to have it fixed :-) The wifi did not work and nothing was done except a "sorry about that". Not the end of the world - just an unncessary annoyance. The nights were a bit chilly during our stay but luckily there were a couple of electric radiators we could use - so no problems in relation to that. We would surely like to visit again! I just really want to suggest having these annoying things fixed. The place is great so it's a pitty with stuff like that.

Good distance from the city center, and a good apartment. Nothing ro complain about. Wifi did’not work for the three nights i was there, but i never told the land lord about that though. Dont stress too much about the door, its quite wonky, but after a few tries it does open.

Do NOT book this

This property is on was it seems. The photos in the add are old, there was mold on the walls, on the bedside table and all the furniture was stained. We found a new place to stay immediately and didn't not stay the night here. We still have yet to hear word back from the property. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking please don't make the same mistake I did.

While the appartment is centrally located, spacious and has a lot of potential, there were quite some problems which really impacted our stay negatively. Let's be fair and start with the good things: - central, spacious, quiet, safe - fully functioning kitchen with gas stove - small balcony Unfortunately the negative thnings did outweigh this: - wall right next to the bed had huge moldy spots and look like it was soaked by water some time ago - none of the windows closed properly so that cold air came in and it was freezing cold inside - the balcony had window doors which didn't properly close either and additionally could not be locked, so anyone could have entered via the balcony - the kitchen utils were dirty with crusty food remains The worst part is that we contacted the rental company and told them about all the issues and our concerns, but all they did was ask for photos and then stopped replying. Even now that Expedia asked them for a reply they have never gotten back to us.

Central location, but very steep hill and no elevator, so not appropriate for elderly or disabled visitors. No parking either. Shower was leaking and there were some spots from a roof leak. We did enjoy our stay though and the fact that the view from the balcony was towards the neighbors made as feel like locals.

Great local Lisbon experience

Check-in took a little while as I had to wait for the person to come and bring the keys. The apartment is 2nd floor walk-up with tight staircase but mostly quiet and nice place with balconies and great views. Neighborhood is super nice Lisbon style with couple of local restaurants on the street and coffee shops and minimarkets within few minutes walk.

Die Unterkunft selbst war gut! Leider hat es an wichtigen Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. einem Feuerzeug zum Anzünden des Gasherd gefehlt, ebenso wie weitere Decken oder Kissenbezüge. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Leider hat direkt bei Ankunft beim Waschbecken im Bad das Wasser nicht abfließen können, wurde nach mehreren Anrufen aber schnell gelöst. Die Dusche war äußerlich schön aber auch hier konnte das Wasser fast gar nicht ablaufen, sodass das Bad fast überschwemmt wurde und bis zur nächsten Dusche 15min. vergehen mussten, bis das Wasser weg war. Ansonsten ist das Apartment groß, hell und freundlich und es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Alleinig die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung muss angepasst werden.

Auf garkeinen Fall zu empfehlen, man kann es Wucker nennen. Denn erstens, es gibt garkeine Möglichkeit die Zimmer abzudunkeln!! Hell sobald die Sonne aufgeht!! Dazu noch ein einfaches IKEA Bett (im Schlafzimmer), mit abgenutzter dünner Matratze. Die anderen Personen bzw. Kinder die im Wohnzimmer (auf dem Schlafsofa) schlafen, haben eine noch schlechte Nacht vor sich. Denn Appartment ist im Dachgeschoß, keine Klimaanlage, dazu noch ein Fenster aufdem Dach (wieder ohne Abdunklungsmöglichkeit), man bekommt sofort die Sonnenstrahlen (im Sommer) um 4-5 Uhr ins Gesicht. Dazu kommen noch unverschämte 30,-€ Reinigungskosten (schon bei einer Nacht)!! Desweiteren muss man die Schlüssel ganz woanders abholen. Es gibt so viele Auswahl an Hotels in Lissabon, die eine bessere Alternative bieten, vor allem viel günstiger (selbst 4**** Sterne Hotels).

Accomodatie zag er schoon uit. Minpunt: de deur van het appartement ging niet open. Toen we belden, werd er met gezucht op gereageerd. Uiteindelijk zijn we geholpen door een meneer die in hetzelfde gebouw woonden. De deur gaat moeizaam open en heeft een gebruiksaanwijzing.

Worth the money

Excellent out of hours service to get access as there is no reception. Only drawback was it was cold with very little heating....That was the only negative, generally very positive review with no complaints at all
