We only liked the proximity of the subway station and the coffees around the hotel. But unfortunately there was a lot of negative points such as : - no shampoo and no shower gel - no hot water the last day - the noises during the night - the chamber was not as in the photos on the website. Our stay was not horrible but I don’t recommand it for the price we paid.

Comfy and better than I thought.

This was my first time in Europe so I did not know what to expect. I was a bit nervous and confused as to how this hotel worked. But overall as a solo traveler it fit my needs perfectly. Especially since I was barely in my room. I spent most if not all of my time wandering around Lisbon. It has air conditioning, a private bathroom and a bed. What more do you need? Perfect for solo travelers or those folks who don't want to break the bank. I liked it.

Not as expected

The room was not as the pictures at all. We didn’t even have the balcony as we should’ve. It wasn’t cleaned. Sheets and blankets on the bed filled with hair from previous guests. We do not recommend this hotel.

Pousada muito modesta

Pousada simples que atende uma estadia por uma noite e se tiver sorte para dormir sem barulho de vizinho. A residencia está bem localizada próxima de metro( linha vermelha do aeroporto e estação de comboio), shopping Atrium Saldanha, mercados e restaurantes. Fica no 4º! Andar de edificio antigo e o que mais trouxe transtorno foi elevador quebrado por mais de 3 dias. A sorte foi ter elevador dos fundos onde pude descer com 3 malas pesadas( sem ajuda de ninguém) e 30’degraus até a porta da rua muito cedo. Foi muito desagradável. O banheiro é minúsculo e faz barulho a descarga. As paredes finas que ouve barulho do quarto vizinho. A recepção quase não fica ninguém no atendimento que não sabemos a quem recorrer. Recomendável em caso de urgência

Cama imposible para dormir. Almohadas imposible para dormir. Alquilan habitaciones a altas horas de la noche a parejas para mantener relaciones y hacen ruido toda la noche. Terriblemente mala experiencia.

First room to small. 1 socket. Second room betterer but shower to small with sliding door knock your head ever time with toilet to close. Lift not working, wife an i had to walk up to 4 th floor. Wife poorly not gutckie. No help or contact.

Muito boa localização

O quarto era espaçoso e arejado, o WC era bom tento em consideração a categoria do alojamento. Tinha uma varanda com mesa e cadeiras. Cama confortável e tudo muito limpinho! A localização é ótima com metro mesmo "ao lado". Ótima relação qualidade-preço.

You get what you pay for

We stood around outside the building, having no idea how to get in or where the office was. Someone walking in helped us, even though he spoke barely any English and we know no Portugese. Room was old and somewhat threadbare but clean. Great location. Would not stay there again.

A Hotéis.com deveria dizer que não é um hotel e sim uma pensão. Também muito errado nos vender gato por lebre: informa que tem ar condicionado mas, dos três quartos que reservei, um não tinha e o desconforto foi muito grande.

Pensão familiar simples, limpa e bem localizada

Não se trata de um hotel, mas de uma "pensão familiar", ou, como disse o recepcionista, de uma guest house. O lugar é bastante simples, mas tinha tudo o que precisava para passar uma noite. Os atendentes foram simpáticos e solícitos. A localização é muito boa, bem central e quase ao lado da estação Saldanha da linha vermelha do metrô, que inicia no aeroporto. Também há vários cafés e restaurantes ao redor. Apenas, a bem da verdade, o site Hoteis.com deveria classificar o local como pensão familiar e não como hotel 3 estrelas, o que pode dar uma impressão errada a quem pesquisa o site.

A malodorous dumpsite

After dealing with the incompetent staff (were unable to find my reservation), I was given a stinky miniscule cell. The size of the room was 10sqm in my estimation. The aroma of a dumpster.

Não ficaria nunca mais

Decepção total. Fiz a reserva mas quando cheguei não tinha vaga e fui encaminhada para outro da mesma rede porém inferior. Não consegui dormir o cheiro de cigarro na cama e sou alérgica passei mal e ainda paguei o mesmo valor que iria pagar no outro. Tem q ficar esperto ao fazer reserva pela net.
