Me gustó lo limpio que estaba la habitación y todo en general. El personal muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó es que no habia jabon ni champú en los baños compartidos, y en la habitación tampoco habia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador. Por lo demás todo bien.

Fantástico. Yo dormí en el cuarto nr 205. Tiene un baño grande. El hotel tiene un jardín súper bello, con hamaca, una silla diseñada como un pez. Todo fantástico. Marbella ( Venezuela) Søren ( Dinamarca) desde el 6 de junio al 9 de junio)

The description and Expedia said there was free self parking available. There was no parking available at all. You just had to roam the streets looking for an open spot.

You get what you pay for. Be aware- this hotel has no lift and is over 3 floors so if you have heavy bags this is not good. The staff didn't offer to help us with our bags either. And there is no breakfast. The hotel also has expensive penalties if you arrive after 11pm and even more after midnight which they enforce rigorously. They were not friendly. In particular my room was not good. I don't seem to be able to give its number but it was on the second floor at the end of corridor beside the garden. This room had no air conditioning. There was a fan but for some reason the staff kept the window closed so it was stiflingly hot. When I left the window open and went out for the day the staff went in to clean and they closed the window so it went back to being very hot (there was no door hanger to stop them doing this). The room had no wifi reception at all and oddly had no plug for the sink. The shower's tiles all had this weird brown coating on them which looked horrible. The room had no tea or coffee facilities either. Having said all this, our other room on the third floor did have air con, wifi and a plug! And on the plus side the hotel is quaint with old photos and interesting objects. We found a nice bakery just down the road for breakfast. But I would definitely not recommend this hotel again in the future.

While I was able to request an early check-in. The restrictiveness of the property was an issue. The coffee/tea room was locked, so if you wake early and want to make a cup of coffee, you cannot. If you want to make a tea in the evening, you cannot. I was not overall happy with the cost versus the amenities and availability as offered on Expedia. There is limited use of the facility and they do not tell you until after you book and they will refuse to allow changes to the accommodations. And if they make any changes or try, they are denied online and will nickel and dime for more money in person. There is extremely limited, practically no parking at this location. I would not stay here or recommend it. There is also no elevator, so if you have any movement restrictions, beware. The bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. I could hear everything and everyone coming up the stairs in the halls and in the room next door. Not to mention the street noise, and this went on until about 3 am. So, if you are a medium to light sleeper, this is not going to work. On the positive, the bathroom, while moldy in areas, was larger than most.

屋上が狭く、何度もあたまをぶつけた。ホテルが目立たないので探すのに苦労した。ホテルよりオフィスビルに近い感じがした。

治安があまり良くない場所にあります。

ホテル自体には問題なく、ロシオ広場まで徒歩圏内で良かったのですが、ホテル周辺の治安はあまり良くありません。また、エアコンがなく夜は寒いです。 部屋とバスタブは広く清潔でした。

Clean Friendly Affordable Budget Hotel

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself was a little basic but very good value for the money and most importantly clean. Immediate environment outside was a little tatty with some traffic noise but benifited from being within easy walking distance of the core of the city. All in all a very positive experience and would recommend the hotel for any person travelling on a budget.

L'établissement correspond à la description sur Expédia, petit hôtel plein de charme avec une équipe aimable et professionnelle. On a bien dormi, pas de bruit, ma fille et moi étions contentes de rentrer nous reposer après de longues journées à découvrir Lisbonne. Nous avions une chambre avec salle de bain et les toilettes communes qui étaient toujours propres. Épicerie, boulangerie, bars et restos à proximité. Pouso dos Anjos est très bien situé, métro intendente à 2 mn, un Auchan Market à 5mn on l'on peut prendre d'excellents pti déj pour pas cher. La réception a gentiment accepté de garder nos valises avant l'heure du chek-in et aussi à notre départ de la chambre puisque notre vol était en soirée...muito obrigado!!! Olivia
