Located in Lisbon's historic Baixa Pombalina, elegant and bright charming accommodation.

It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette.

Balcony with large windows, where you can enjoy the unique light of Lisbon.

Privileged river view, through the famous arch of Rua Augusta, overlooking the Castle, or simply contemplate the lively life of one of the most charismatic streets in Lisbon.

All divisions have air conditioning.

The modern shopping area of ​​Chiado is just a few meters away and has all kinds of high street shopping, while the historic Alfama district, known for being Lisbon's fado district, and the iconic Castelo de São Jorge are also within walking distance. walking.

Enjoyed our stay

This place and location were a perfect spot for a group of 3 friends. With being on the main strip, was not loud inside and the balcony was a perfect spot to just chill and people watch. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

My sister and I loved the location. We had nice views of the lical area. A lot of restaurants and things to do. Booked a 3 hour walking tour with Guru/time of your life Ask for Rita! To get a sense of the area. Our apartment was wonderful. Quiet and comfortable. Rodrigo was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location!

Loved this place! It couldn’t have been a better location. Right in the middle of the action and close to everything. The apartment was on the 5th floor with a cute little balcony overlooking one of the main streets. It was small but worked great for the 4 of us. They had conversion plugs for our use which was nice. I would totally recommend this place.

Vacances découvertes de Lisbonne.

Bel appartement moderne, bien situé, dans le centre historique de Lisbonne. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des magasins, terrasses et commodités. The apt was in a perfect location in the heart of the city. The place is small and although there were only 3 of us it was tight. No extra amenities are provided to be sure to bring soaps/shampoos and napkins/paper towels.

You can’t beat the location. Apartment is smaller than it appears in photos. Could have been cleaner. The mattresses need to be replaced or supplemented with mattress toppers. No one should be able to feel the mattress springs. That’s the sure sign of a cheap mattress.

Overall the stay was great. Location is great! Our Uber driver did drop us off on the street behind the entrance door (since the entrance is on a street not driveable) and did not tell us we had to walk around. The apartment was cute. Check in glitch but otherwise a GREAT place!

We loved this property. It had all we needed. It is in the PERFECT location. I love Rua Augusta, the street with the Arch on the waterside end. The only glitch was check in. We met the agent with no issue. He showed us everything and answered all our questions. Later that night, after it rained most of the day, we could not use the code to get in. The agent thought we weren't putting numbers in quickly enough....I travel a lot and wasn't too happy with this response. I called him and put in the numbers while he was on the phone with me. Nada. Fortunately, someone else from the building let us in. The next day one stayed inside while the other tried the code and it worked perfectly. It was an electrical glitch. I would prefer a backup option (like a KEY) in case this happened again. It was about 8P and we thought we could be out for the night. Setting that aside, it really is a property I can highly recommend. I also had a problem with my phone dying and the store right across from us charged it for me with a big smile. Great little souvenir store. Kind employees, too. Fifth time to Lisbon and I probably would rate this apt. the best I stayed in.
