We stayed for 2 nights, and it was good. I would say the outdoor of the hotel is quite deceiving from the pictures that are posted, I was unsure of where it was till I saw the sign. However, the inside of the hotel was clean and nicely put together. There is no receptionist but it was super easy to navigate on my own. Bathroom and rooms were nice. The hotel is also a short 10min walk to the district which is a bonus, overall I would recommend this stay for couples/groups, just be cautious of walking alone a night and avoid some parts of the street.

Great location in Lisbon, near main train stations, Lovely staff, breakfast place is under renovation and they delivered breakfast right at the room.. exceptional value for your money

Second time in this hotel . This time we got a bigger room, it was nice ! The only major inconvenience is the exterior. The walk to the center is not that great because of the big park . It feels unsafe and dirty. I wasn’t trilled to walk at night to get back to the hotel.

You get what you pay for. Room was fairly small, in particular if you had to extend the couch into a bed. But had all necessities.i didn't like that coffee was not offered for free beyond first day. For extra pods you had to pay. Bathroom was decent. Bed was decent but not very comfortable. Location not great. Close enough to walk to old city and castle, but scary in particular if you're out late in the evening.

Beautiful

We loved our stay at Lisbon 5. It is such a pretty room which had beautiful old touches that we didn't mind when we were not out resting in the room. It is also close to all transportation and great spots to visit in Lisbon.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I think there were some renovations going on in the common areas, but it was not bothersome. The bed was very comfy!

Enjoyed our stay

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was small but very clean. Perfect for our stay, very close to the metros and convenient from Metro to the airport. Location is walkable to many of the sites. Location of hotel may be a turn-off for some people, since the immediate area is under renovation. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for two or three nights for us.

The hotel was great, The only thing missing was a frigobar. The entire hotel was clean and renovated. However, although The place where the hotel is located is near The Rossio, it’s dirty and a little scary.

Nice hotel close to convenience and leisure

Building was old, but well maintained. Construction was going on at front of building, but was not really a trouble getting in/out of the building. Location was great and close to many restaurants, across the street is a grocery, and the plaza and other landmarks to see are in the surrounding area. Ana in front desk helped greatly with our check-in process and keeping our luggages and getting it to our room before check in time.

Although the hotel was lovely, the noise free m the restaurant next store - in particular the music - was ridiculous. The bass and singing just pounded our room morning and night.
