A convenient and all things you need stay by the city

We were really grateful for this spot. Location wise, we were in a space where walking was the most convenient which made it a more leisurely trip for us. Everything inside the apartment was pretty much as described, my only concern was the stairs that we needed to take to get to the second floor being quite narrow and steep especially with luggage, and not made helpful with no lighting (though they seemed to be fixing this on our last day). I would recommend this spot for groups of 6 that are mostly looking to be outside exploring the city as they can easily find their way back to a nice looking, clean space.

Apartment has good potential but improvements are needed

There were many things about the apartment we liked. It has been nicely renovated and it has great potential. However, we only give it an “OK” rating due to the building’s decrepit front door and poorly lighted lobby and elevator. Additionally, we complained of a sewage gas smell entering the apartment through a shower drain. A worker installed a new part, but it didn’t resolve the problem; we complained again, but no further action was taken.

Lisbon apartment

Very nice 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Nice central location; easy to walk to everywhere in central Lisbon. Need to add lighting to the stairway hall

Close to Metro lines

1.5 blocks to Marques du Pombal metro stop; easy access to the entire city. 15 min walk to main square. Nice location. 1st floor stairway light out. But room very comfy. Enjoyed the stay.

Short stay

We were a family of 5 and the apartment was perfect, roomy, the 2 bathrooms were great and had everything we needed. Location was great, close to everything including the trains/subway. The only issue was parking. Even though I messaged about parking and was told there was street parking, that was not accurate, the street parking was for residents only and they did not provide temp resident stickers. Nearby streets had 3 hour max street parking, which obviously did not work. So ended up paying $25 euros a day for parking. Also when you do park to load your suitcases, make sure someone stays with the car, we moved our car to load and within 10 minutes they placed a boot in our car and had to pay $165 to get it removed!!
