Besides a wonderful setting for the hotel, the staff at the hotel made this a wonderful experience. Any the Front Desk, Leonor and Mariana were wonderful. Filipe, who has the night shift, was also extremely helpful and courteous. In the breakfast area, Anushka's smiling face and courtesy added to the ambiance in the lovely courtyard.

The hospitality at Hotel Das Amorerias was far beyond my expectations. We felt greeted and cared for by the attentive staff in ways we never experienced at similarly priced hotels. We stayed in one of the attic suites during a major heatwave (~100 degrees). The hotel was a perfect refuge. The suite was spacious and beautifully appointed; the bed was comfortable (with excellent linens); the marble bathroom feels very luxe (with a great shower); and the air conditioning worked great. The breakfast is made-to-order and tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience.
