We booked the hotel practically last minute before our trip. I was kind of worried about the hotel, but surprisingly it came out very well! I fell in love from the fist minute I came in to the lobby and after quick check we were sent by manager to dining room for breakfast which was perfect! Scrambled eggs, beans, cheese, bacon, bologna, fruit, coffee etc . It was just in time because we were hungry at 10 a.m. after landing around 6.30 a.m. and was yammy! We spent there four nights and I was so sad to leave. Everything was perfect, recently renovated, new furniture, very clean and quiet! Grate location, one minute away from metro and buses which can take you everywhere around. Highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable hotel with very nice saff

The property was conveniently located near all the essentials needed to make the trip to Lisbon memorable, including a variety of nearby attractions, shops, and cultural sites. The metro station was just a short walk away, offering easy access to the city’s main landmarks. Several local eateries and cafes were within the vicinity, providing a range of dining options. The area felt safe, with a visible security presence and well-lit streets, which contributed to a sense of comfort. The staff were friendly and welcoming, maintaining the grounds impeccably and ensuring a tidy environment. The room was spotless, with fresh, clean sheets that emitted a pleasant scent. I appreciated that the room featured durable tiles, which made it easier to keep clean, and its spacious layout allowed for comfortable placement of my belongings. A warm, hearty breakfast was served each morning, with diverse options such as fresh pastries, fruits, and hot beverages, providing a satisfying start to the day. The variety and quality of the breakfast options were enough to energize me for the adventures ahead.

Nice, Clean Hotel with Friendly Staff

Hotel Capital turnednout to be a nice, clean hotel that I was able to book last-minute. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned daily, and the included breakfast buffet was good. Only minor complaints were about the lack of a bathroom door and need for shelves andnhooks in the bathroom.

Remodeled small hotel, located in a nice residential area, not far from the airport but too far away from.the main tourist area, however metro and bus stops are very near. Good breakfast, very helpful staff. Old towels, bathroom smelled bad and the cleaning lady forgot everday to replace my water botlle.

This property is a gem. Just a minute walk from the metro in a quiet and safe business district. Many food choices and cafes. I especially like the space of the room. It is a fuss-free establishment, with good toiletries fitting. I would definitely recommend this establishment to practical, neat and fuss-free travellers!

I liked that it was close to some big avenues with plenty of restaurants. On the other hand, the staff wasn't really helpful, the receptionist lookeded anoyed when I asked him questions. The safe box wasn't working, the hotel could have better, newer, cleaner towels

Pleasant Stay

Staff members were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady who checked us in and out. There was a male staff member at the reception who was cold and indifferent. Not even a hello or have a safe trip to us as we left the hotel. Breakfast was delicious; kudos to the kitchen staff. Room was clean, organized and well stocked. We stayed three nights and did not need room service. Bedding was okay and climate control made for better sleeping. Fridge was disconnected but we did not need to use it. Flat-screen tv with numerous channels in multiple languages. No microwave in the room but staff kindly allowed us to use the one in the kitchen area. Reliable elevators. Eco-friendly hotel.

Great location.

We visited Lisbon for the champions league final. The hotel is a great location to be able to get the bus from the airport, 783 or 744. Straight forward and cheap. We were able to walk to the stadium, abt 50 mins. Meant we avoided crowded buses and metros both way. The hotel was comfortable, room safes didn't work. Breakfast was included but we didn't use as service finished at 10am. Reception friendly. Nice balconies but no chairs for sitting out. 2 lifts, 1 didn't work. We asked for rooms next door but were on different floors disappointing but nothing else. Quiet location, so slept well. Fridge, tea, no coffee or milk. Overall good value, close to centre of Lisbon, plenty of cafes and supermarkets close by. Would stay again for the location. And we won 🎉🎉🎉
