The reception staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. However, I must admit that the hotel does not meet what is generally expected of a 4-star property. although the towels and bed linens were clean, I did not like their odor either. In addition, my room had a constant noise, similar to a ventilation system that never turns off. It was also easy to hear doors slamming and the cleaning staff, which shows that the rooms lack proper soundproofing. There is no acoustic insulation on the doors, and it is noticeable that there is a gap between the door and the floor. The bathroom is in need of renovation and have a unpleasant urine odour

Great value and excellent service

The room was pretty basic, but I knew that making the booking. It was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is close to the blue line on the metro, with many shops and restaurants close by, but it's on a quiet street. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Lisbon.
