Nestled in the vibrant city of Cascais, our exquisite 70sqm apartment offers a gateway to a world of attractions. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

Enjoy the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience with a connecting balcony across the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, allowing you to soak in the picturesque views and bask in the natural sunlight from every apartment corner.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Cascais is a picturesque coastal town located in the Lisbon District of Portugal. Cascais is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, known for its stunning beaches, charming old town, and vibrant atmosphere. The neighbourhood offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, historic sites, trendy shops, and delicious cuisine, making it an ideal place to relax, explore, and enjoy the laid-back coastal lifestyle.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Escola Sec. Cascais Bus Station is just a 6-minute walk.

Aero Club de Portugal is a 21-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
