Welcome!

Modern and tastefully decorated, this apartment is conveniently located near top Lisbon attractions, including the Miradouro do Monte Agudo.

The apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large convertible sofa bed for two, a TV with streaming options, and a dining table for four.

The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, and microwave. Plus has a washing machine and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedrooms have one queen bed and two single beds, respectively. The beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms contain all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your convenience, the apartment is professionally cleaned regularly.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Avenida Almirante Reis is a busy avenue that runs through the heart of Arroios, with wide sidewalks and plenty of public transportation options. The area is well-connected, with several metro stations and bus stops nearby, making exploring other parts of Lisbon easy.

Overall, Arroios is a bustling and vibrant neighbourhood that offers a taste of authentic Lisbon life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Arroios Metro Station, is just a 5-minute walk.

Lisbon Portela Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Market is downstairs which was great to grab water and snacks. Location was in a nice neighborhood and about a 45 min walk or 20 min uber ride to city center.
