Bright and tastefully furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions!

Designed with open living and dining areas, this will be the best place to retreat to after a day outdoors. Through the living room, you can access the balcony where you can view the stunning panoramic views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. Please note that oil, salt and pepper aren’t provided in the kitchen.

The 2 bedrooms feature two single beds and a double bed. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up.

Digital nomads: Our internet is 200 Mbps with Fiber! So you will have plenty of internet speed to work from our apartment.

Guests have access to the entire property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Ericeira is a charming Portuguese fishing town that is situated along a coastline of outstanding surfing beaches and home to one of the very few natural harbors between Cascais and Peniche. Because of this, the small fishing village grew into a major port. Ericeira also has multiple great surfing spots which lead to surfers and multiple surf schools, surf shops, and local shapers popping up in town.

Ericeira itself is still a laid-back place of cobbled streets, grilled sardines, narrow lanes, and whitewashed houses, although with Lisbon less than an hour's drive south (35Km). Ericeira's surprisingly good nightlife is well-served by weekend visitors. The main square, Praca da Republica, is lined with pavement cafes and cake shops, while the Rua Dr. Eduardo Burnay, which leads from the main square to Praia do Sul, is full of bars and excellent seafood restaurants.

Lisbon Portela Airport is a 32-mins drive from the apartment.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2pm, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
