Schöner Weihnachtsaufenthalt on Lisboa

Sehr schöne FeWo, nicht allzuweit von Zentrum entfernt. Man sollte sich vergegenwärtigen, dass die Häuser hier für den Sommer gebaut sind, es im Winter selbst bei 10°C plus empfindlich kalt sein kann. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit Potenzial

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Man kann die Wohnung vom Flughafen aus mit dem Taxi für kleines Geld erreichen. Die Matratze im Erdgeschoss müsste getauscht werden, die Toilettenbürste ebenfalls. Zur Ausstattung der Küche kann ich nichts sagen, da wir dort kein Essen zubereitet haben.

A fuir!!!

Affreux !!! Appartement lamentable !!! Le lit pas confortable du tout , du béton !! Des mites dans la salle de bain je parle même pas de la brosse à wc et l’état de la cuvette jaunâtre. L’état de la douche pareil scandaleux, rien à voir avec les photos . Vraiment déçus , j’ai jamais vu ça ! Je ne le recommande pas du tout mais alors vraiment pas !! D’ailleurs j’ai fais des photos de l’appartement et envoyer une réclamation car il est scandaleux de mettre en location ce genre d’appartement . Les fauteuils du salons ne sont pas propres ! ( tâches noires sur les côtés) Dans la chambre il y avais un rangement qui était taché donc nous avons gardé nos affaires dans la valise. Nous rentrons en France et nous sommes obligés de désinfecter toutes nos affaires de peur d’avoir des mites avec nous . Déplorable.

Fair value, steep street

We like having the Lisbon HomeAway office in town for check-in and luggage storage. This unit we rented has been nicely renovated, with interesting features and area to relax, including the outdoor terrace. The kitchen and washing machine are great features for those on longer vacations. The largest drawback is location - on a steep hill , and away from many of the attractions. The spiral staircase to the second floor might also be a consideration for older couples.

Ok but not great

The property was OK but many things were lacking / disappointing. The downstairs area is really cold and lacks ventilation - there is evidence of mould on lots of the walls - and particularly the bathroom so nothing dries. It was very musty when we checked in. Some of the furnishings (e.g. rugs, paintings on the walls) that were in the photos weren't actually there so it doesn't feel very homely. Likewise some of the furniture was different from the photos - particularly the balcony furniture, which is now a cheap plastic set that was filthy and puddled when we checked in. The neighbourhood has little in the immediate area and is a 30 min walk to the main Rossio square. TV didn't work initially but they were prompt in sending someone over to fix it which was appreciated. The outdoor balcony was nice and the kitchen was decent but overall we were disappointed given the price and the photos in the listing.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft ruhig und sauber

Schöne Unterkunft. Sauber und genauso,wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Supermarkt kann man zu Fuß erreichen.Budhaltestellen und er Nähe. Was fehlte war ein Schrank und Kleiderbügel,um Kleidung aufzuhängen

Bon séjour

Appartement agréable avec transport en commun à proximité. Communication un peu compliqué avec un manque d’informations pour la remise des clés. Dommage que tout se passe à distance sans contact sur place avec le loueur.
