Lisbon Visit
Pro's: Location was fantastic, close enough to main areas and yet it felt like a neighbourhood and away from the crazy busy tourist areas. Also found the apartment very clean overall.
Cons: Our main concerns was about bedding, where there should be an additional protective layer of sheets for mattress and pillows, given these beds are used by different people. I found the sheets very thin and felt like I was practically sleeping on the mattress.
I also had to go buy my own dishwashing liquid and soap, as they were not generous at all with any of these supplies which should be considered basic supplies and very cheap for management company to provide considering how much money they make from these rentals.
Finally, I also found communication poor from management company, as they never responded to several of my inquiries.
Again, really enjoyed the location and area but the management company needs to think bigger picture and fix some of these issues if they want people to return and to have an all-around positive experience.
