Our apartment is located in a beautifully renovated historic building, formerly the headquarters of the Post Office. Ideally situated between Cais do Sodré and Chiado, it’s just steps from the iconic Time Out Market.
The apartment enjoys the privilege of being on the only floor with a balcony, accessible from the living room and both bedrooms.
Modern and comfortable, the apartment features:
- 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 160x200cm and 1 with 2 single beds 90x200cms)
- 1 sofa bed (sleeps 2 people)
- Living room with a dining area and balcony access (shared with both bedrooms)
- Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge/freezer, stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, and ironing facilities
- 1 Bathroom with provided bath towels
- Bedding linen also provided

**Additional Information**
- Daily Services: Upon request (and for an additional fee), we can arrange daily cleaning and linen/towel changes.
- Family Amenities: Cribs and baby chairs are available upon request before check in (after check in we cannot guaranty availability)
- Guides: The living room includes guides, maps of Lisbon, and a book with instructions and local recommendations.
- Hygiene Products: Personal hygiene products are not provided, we leave a couple of rolls of toilet paper for the first few days.
- Parking: Parking is not included. However, an underground paid parking lot is available right in front of the building. Rates*:
- First hour: €2.60/hour
- Maximum daily rate: €30

**Important Notes**
1. Check-In/Out:
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- A keybox is available for self-check-in.
2. Noise Disclaimer:
The apartment is located in the city center, near the Time Out Market, where restaurants stay open until 1:00-2:00 AM. Sensitive guests may experience noise from the surroundings.
3. Emergency Contact:
- For emergencies or assistance, contact us via phone or this platform's messenger.
- After-hours emergencies: call 112 or the building’s security desk (for building-related issues only).
4. **Lisbon Tourist Tax**:
- Amount: €4 per person, per night
- Limit: Charged for up to 7 nights per guest
- Applies to: Guests aged 13 and over (exceptions for health-related stays with proof)
- Payment: Collected at check-in in cash or via bank transfer
According to Portuguese law, all local accommodation establishments are required to report guest details to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF) (Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service) through the Accommodation Bulletin. This requirement applies to all foreign citizens (non-Portuguese nationals), regardless of nationality or length of stay. The registration must be completed in the SIBA (Information System for Accommodation Bulletins) within three working days after arrival. To comply with this legal requirement, we kindly ask all guests to provide the following details before arrival.
