Clean, comfortable and friendly environment

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My bed was comfortable, my room clean, the building had an elevator and very nice and friendly staff. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an affordable hotel without any compromises

A simple hotel in the heart of the city. Reasonably priced. Rooms are small but you are not going to stay inside when Lisbon is around... Warm welcome.

I highly recommend this small hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is good. The 15-minute walk to the centre of the city was convenient to us. However I would say that the short steep walk up to the hotel is not recommended to people with mobility issues. There is a metro stop not far.

A great stay in Hotel Botanico

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Hotel Botanico. We were very well catered for by all hotel staff. Our first room was not a double bed but this was soon solved by the owner of the hotel, who very sympathetically offered us another room with a double bed. The room was very clean and everything working. Also the breakfast was always spectacular and very varied, with an excellent service of the Dona Gina, always very polite and tender. The location of the hotel is great. Right in the center and close to everything. And so we highly recommend the Hotel Botanico.

There is no free parking for the hotel as it suggests in the property highlights, only on the street and it's free on the weekends - This was quite a big struggle for us for the week. The accomodation, the staff and the service was great.

Weekend in Lisbon

Trip to see Lisbon. Hotel was nice , good service and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the bed is too hard, waking up with a back ache. Please get some better matrices.

Good hotel and worht taking a look

Great hotel for a short stay. Attentive and friendly staff. Clean, tidy modern rooms with just enough comfort. Good location for all attractions. Steep hill to climb to get there, so you need to be fit, but that's the same for most locations in Lisbon.

Great location. Simple, decent hotel!

Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights/3-4 days. Nicely located close to Bairro Alto district (great restaurants and bars to say the least) and next to one of several viewpoints/miradouros to take in the panoramic city views. 5mins from the nearest metro station if you want to venture further out but we found good walking shoes and water was sufficient to explore the inner city districts - hit and miss but keep a lookout for free water fountains in rational places. 10mins to Rossio train station to go to Sintra. 10-15mins from main squares and tram stops taking you to Belem. The hotel is clean and basic, rooms aren't massively equipped but we only spent time in there to sleep/shower. Relatively quiet, very helpful hotel staff and easy to drive to. Parking spots right outside can be reserved for you if you give the hotel notice.

Un hôtel moyen, le personnel au top et très accueillant mais la porte vitrée des toilette, merci pour l’intimité La chambre est propre mais petite et les lit pas confortable J’ai trouver très cher pour la qualité des lit. Le parking il y a 6 places c’est tout donc attention le premier arrivée le premier servis.
