Apartment with a magnificent sea view, pool and garage. It has two double bedrooms. Living room with sofa bed for two people and table for 6 people. Equipped kitchen. Situated in a quiet area of Ericeira in a gated community, about 500 m from the beach of Empa. 600 m from the beach of Ribeira d'Ilhas where the World Surfing Championship takes place. The pool area is ample space with chairs and parasols.
