An apartment in an old building completly restored. Air Conditioning. Garage availability and booking will need to be confirmed.You dispose of six single beds that you can turn into three double beds of 1.60m x 2.00m. You are in the center of Lisbon, within a couple of paces from two of the most spectacular view-points of the town: Nossa Senhora do Monte (80 m) and Miradouro da Graça (300 m). The street breathes the calm of a small village, and though, all kind of shops, restaurants and transports are a few steps forward. The famous tramway nº28 which drives you to the main centres of interests crosses the street. From that hill, the highest of the capital, you can get to the lanes of Alfama, the castle São Jorge. A lot of restaurants are waiting for you, and they propose typical plates such as sea-food and grilled fish. You can eat eat in the neighbourhood for six euros per person, we have good restaurants to commend you. Welcome to Lisbon!

Not far from public transport and walking distance, though hilly, to many attractions, this location was ideal. It was nice to be in a neighborhood where the locals shop, eat and drink. Great views too.

Only a couple of blocks to one of the best views in the city. View from the apt was also very nice. Everything we needed could be found close by and it was 15min walk to many of the sites on our list. Found great local eats nearby too. Great stay

Location is great in a nice local neighborhood. Wine bars, restaurants, and the supermarket are so close and walkable. Communication with the property manager was easy and they helped us with some booking problems we had on our side. Great and totally recommended.

Great location in the old part of the city.

The property was in a good location. It's in the old part of the city. Steep hills was a bit tough for one of our group but at least the rental has an elevator. Streets are all cobblestones so leave your heels at home. The host was spot on with any request, he was over in a jiff.

Everything you need in a great location

Great place to stay. Everything you need ( the only place I’ve stayed where they really thought about and provided what you need, including proper umbrellas in case of rain), excellent modern clean rooms, great views, comfy beds and great water pressure. Really great neighbourhood- bars, bakeries, supermarkets, fruit shops, great views and the 28 tram if you don’t feel like walking down the hill. Joao was a great host and would recommend.

Perfect Lisbon stay

The Graca neighborhood is the place to stay for a great Lisbon visit that’s not overrun by tourists. This apartment is everything it’s advertised to be. Joao is so accommodating. He gave us a thorough introduction to the neighborhood and allowed us to have a late checkout to accommodate our flight schedule. Everything you need is close by—supermarkets, local bakeries and the famous tram.

What a great place and location

The photos didn't really do the flat justice - it's even bigger than the photos might suggest. All is as advertised and Joao was very kind and helpful in greeting us and helping us to get sorted. The property is very close to a tram stop and there are all needed conveniences, e.g., restaurants, food shopping and a variety of other shops avail very near by. What a great city!

Beautiful apartment in Lisbon.

Our family of 4 adults and 1 teen loved Joao’s beautiful apartment in Graca. The location couldn’t have been better— so many restaurants and shops just around the corner and lovely views of St. Jorge’s Castle from every bedroom. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well provisioned. We used Ubers (which are inexpensive and quickly available) to get around Lisbon and to Sintra; but public transportation and tuk tuks are nearby as well. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment for your stay in Lisbon.

The listing is extremely accurate. The apartment is comfortable and bright and has anything you might need. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Wonderful apartment in great location

Communication with host Joao was excellent from the time of booking. Great, clean, spacious and well appointed apartment in a secure building. It has large and bright rooms with wonderful views. It is located in a quiet area but with close by restaurants and shops. We arranged for airport pickup through our host. Buses and tram are one street away for easy access to visit the city. Several viewing points nearby overlooking the whole city. Strongly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon and would stay there again without a doubt. Wonderful Lisbon-Graca apartment in a great location!

This three-bedroom apartment is wonderful! Everything we needed was there for our family of two adult children, my wife and me. On the third floor, there is an elevator but the stairs are fine - and the views of the castle, river and city are superb! Graca is such a great location with many fine restaurants in easy walking distance (Augusto Lisboa for brunch; Cafe da Garagem for afternoon and evening drinks and a great view; Graca 77 and RendezVous for dinner). Joao was very helpful on arrival and the check-in process was easy. We all loved your apartment, Joao! Thank you!

Great Apartment in Lisbon

Great apartment in Lisbon. Great views. Room for 6 adults (there were 3 of us). Grocery store is just around the corner. Public transportation (Tram 28! and bus) just around the corner. Numerous restaurants nearby. Joao is a great host and easy to communicate with. He met us at the apartment and gave the full tour and explained everything. Full kitchen. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk downhill to the commercial district/metro, the tues/sat flea market, etc. Would stay here again.
