「チェスキークルムロフ真ん中に位置しレストランも経営しており客で忙しく スタッフの対応は悪し チェックイン時２部屋予約したにも関わらず１部屋の案内だったりと連絡不十分。 内部部屋はそれなりであるものの敷地が狭く暗くてここがホテル？と思うほどの場所にあり 」

「Great location - walking distance to Skiareal Lipno, nice and clean appartments. We really enjoyed our time here with our kids!」

「The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book.」
