結婚式があり雑音で眠れなかく非常に残念だった。女性のレセプションマネージャーは何も親切な対応はなく、ヘルプもなく、ケアもなくホスピタリティーを感じられなく、滞在中の心地よさはなかった。施設や場所、マッサージは満足だった。

Quiet vegitarian resort in the jungle
Atmosphere very well maintained. Althougth it was raining during our three days stay, the room and restaurant kept and cozy. We stayed at the bangalow which the bedroom is located on second floor, while outside bed and small but sufficient size shower and lavatory was on the 1st. Although you get wet going to the lavatory when raining, we still considered it satisfactory. Also the amenites specially made using natural ingredience was nice.

このサイトを通じてガーデン・ヴィラを申し込んでいたのですが、ナラ プール ヴィラに空きが多いとの事で、到着後約6500ペソ（１５０００円くらい）を払ってアップグレードになりました。　部屋には温水プールがついていたり、素晴らしいSPAがあったりでリラックス出来る環境でした。　今回は家族旅行で子供も一緒に行ったのですが、魚釣りや敷地内にいる鳥に餌付けをするアクティビィティーなどもあったりして楽しんでいました。　海があるリゾートホテルは多いフィリピンですが、この手のタイプの高級ホテルはここくらいではないでしょうか。　緑に囲まれて、SPAやヨガを楽しみ、ゆったりとホテルで過ごすには最高の場所です。　また食事は乳製品さえも全く使わない野菜のみのメニューなので胃腸には優しいです。悪い点をあげるとすれば、レストランや部屋に非常にハエなどの虫が多いので気になる方は難しいかもしれません。

The place was absolutely divine and serene This the place to relax and enjoyed great foods especially at "UPPERDECK. They good selection in their menus. The pasta was an absolute choice for me ,penne pasta with salmon .Their smoothie was outstanding, i choosexthe watemelon The place was spotlessly clean and their employees especially Charlotte and Jenny were very pleasant and accomodating . The serenity and natural beauty of the place are outstanding. All the staff are great! I forgot my laptop in our room after we checked out. I don’t have a local phone number in the Phil. They have only my Toronto cel. number which I use every time I go to the Philippines. On our way home after about 1/2 hour we left the resort, I got a WhatsApp call from the resort reception informing me that I left my laptop in our room. Kudos to all the staff @ The Farm at San Benito.

Breakfast is Terrible with lots of FLIES…!
It was a good start by welcoming us with drinks, well I have no problem with our room Narra Villa at Room 38 and Anahaw Villa Room at Room 25… from service to places to roam around it’s with distinct good qualities but for our breakfast experience It’s AWFUL an open area with lots of BIG FLIES, it’s so disappointing and disgusting because all our food the flies are swarming especially on our watermelon drinks & the way they presented the breakfast buffet is on a low key class covered with plastics, the way I paid for these two elegant deserve a meaningful and memorable breakfast… Why not use a secluded close door restaurant or area like ALIVE (restaurant) where you can enjoy a beautiful breakfast not only the breakfast place I’m complaining about but also the food I hate to say only the brewed coffee is good but the way all The FLIES flying around perhaps they’re (flies) had good day breakfast…! No need to post a picture ..! we stayed on Dec. 13/14, 2023.

Overall, I'm satisfied, but...
The overall environment and swimming pool were good. On the last day, I was surprised to see cockroaches on the ceiling. I think it would be a really good place to stay if there were no cockroaches.

Reconsider if you want to be served good food.
The resort is beautiful with excellent service from the staff. The cost of stay is expensive and would have been justified if not for the food. My wife is a great cook and i was vegan for 5 years. The resort is surrounded by fruit trees and vegetable garden and we could not understand why the vegan breakfast and lunch is so tasteless and so limited in choices. There are so many Filipino dishes that can be vegan and can be resourced from the resorts vegetation and yet it fails to provide the guests with a 4-5 star cuisine. We would rate the food from 1-5 to 1 and if they continue with the same practice, i would suggest to go somewhere else with a 5 star rating of the same price range.

Didnt like how their king size beds are just combined twin beds but overall experience is ok, the activities were relaxing and certainly different from the rest

The rooms weren't too elderly and child friendly. For one, the stairs are awkwardly design whereby each of the steps is only half of the length and it alternates. Second, there is a risk of falling through the ledge. We were here one year ago. As compared to our previous stay, we find that the staff are a lot more particular about hotel policies instead of simple but warm hospitality.

Hi Darren, we have other room categories that are elderly and child friendly as well like Palmera Suites and Palmera Glass Villas. The Anahaw Family Villa as shown in the Expedia website is loft type set-up with stairs and may not be suitable for the elderly and small children.

I went there 7 years ago and in the meantime the location has bloomed, all very beautiful and wonderful. The only "problem" is that the nearby city/town has seemingly gotten closer to the property with often motorbike engine noises, cars, and loud music from nearby festivities. I would also like to point out that the massages are exorbitantly priced, and on top of this, an obligatory gratuity of 10% PLUS VAT. So more than 20% on top of the listed prices for all the treatments, etc. I have no problem with the prices per-se, but I don't understand why this isn't made clear from the beginning. It feels like they're trying to be sneaky. In all the other resorts in the Philippines I went to, I've never had this issue. Otherwise, The Farm is a gem. They can't, however, rest on their laurels. While it was by FAR the bets place in the Philippines for a long time, the rest of the country is very very quickly catching up to "The Farm" levels.

Thank you for your valuable comments. While it is true that the prices of our treatments do not come cheap, they are above standards of SPA centers in the city. All of our rates online are subject to 12% government taxes and 10% service charge which is different from obligatory gratuity as we want to be transparent to our guests.
