「Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. 「The location was excellent. I needed somewhere to break my journey walking along the towpath of the Trent-Mersey canal, and this motel is only a mile north of the canal, at the midway point between the Anderton Boat Lift and the end of the canal at Preston Brook. I don't think I would have been able to complete the walk without its being where it is. Facilities were good (like an Extended Stay property, with a kitchen; bed was comfortable; convenience shop nearby was a bonus. 」

「Lovely staff - especially in the restaurant and the spa. Spacious comfortable room and the spa facilities were good. The hotel has a nice friendly feel about it and the food is excellent and value for money. Will stay again soon.」

「暖かいスタッフで快適に過ごせました。すぐ近くにレストラン、パブ、ATM、スーパーマーケット、バス停があり立地はとても良い。注意点として、チェックイン時は入口ドアのベルを鳴らしスタッフが開けてくれるのを待つ朝ごはんは7時から8時（休日は8時から9時）深夜から朝6時まで暖房切れる」

「A special shout out to Sian on reception for being so lovely. I turned up at the hotel a little emotional after receiving some bad news and she was really lovely to me. This was my second stay at the hotel. I think the deluxe room is considerably nicer than the standard room, however, the bed felt really firm. Otherwise, the grounds and inside the hotel is lovely.」
