"I was really disappointed with my recent stay here and wouldn’t return. The hotel advertises having a restaurant, but there wasn’t one available. The lighting in the hallways near reception was extremely poor, which didn’t feel welcoming or safe. There were leaks coming through the ceilings with no buckets underneath, meaning you had to walk through puddles just to reach your room. The whole building had a noticeable damp smell throughout. "Communication with the owner was poor, had to chase on several occasions for access arrangements etc. The heating didn't work so had to contact owner to solve issue. The bath/shower leaks onto the stairs when in use. Covers are placed over settee so you feel like you are intruding. Bins were not clean on arrival. Beds were comfy and generally if was ok for a one night stay."
