Great location and And housekeeping really does its job every day my room was clean with new towels. Anything that was bad was my room had terrible soundproofing I could hear everything as if someone took the door off the hinges elevators opening and closing toilets and closets in other rooms being opened for example.

We had a great experience from check in with Shemar to the pool, Harriet’s and our beautiful room. The only thing we would recommend is a full length mirror in our room. We will be back!

Fantastic old historic looking hotel with a lot of buzz as you make your way through the lobby. The location is ideal for anything and everything you want. Only glitch, we had water issues where the sink and the shower only provided extremely hot water until you let the cold run for a good 10 minutes. Had to call maintenance three times. They asked what they could do to accommodate? I asked for a comped breakfast and they willingly obliged so that was nice. Overall great hotel.
