"The host and staff was very welcoming, kind, friendly, supportive and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, many choices to choose from. It was close to the airport; shops and restaurants. We stayed for a night family of 5, it was ok. Big shout out to all staff who took care of us. The host was great in direction to place we wanted to go and any enquires, serve us snacks and ordered us food as we arrived late."

We were in the annex, the view was amazing, we watched sail boats go by from our veranda.The Friday night greek night was great fun well worth booking. "A beautifully designed and laid-out hotel and spa complex. Upon coming up the driveway to enter the complex you are greeted by the fantastic swimming pool and adjoining bar & restaurant. The entrance to the hotel reception is stylish and modern, with a beautifully designed and furnished lobby area for waiting and/or relaxing in. The small shop is well-stocked and convenient. It carries many items to make your stay just that little bit nicer. Take the lift or stairs tot he upper floors if you're staying in the main hotel building. The deluxe bedroom with sea views is well designed and furnished. The mini-fridge is a great bonus for keeping drinks and other items chilled. The views from the balcony are superb and a great spot to start and finish you day, watching the sun rising or setting. A small but well-enough equipped outdoor gym area at the side of the main hotel building is well signposted and easy to find. It has its own swimming pool and a good number of sun loungers and parasols, so you can easily spend a good amount of time there and relax as well as exercise. The main pool is excellent. There are a good number of parasols and sun loungers spread evenly around the whole pool and the service from the bar staff is excellent. You can eat and drink at the poolside if you wish or have a spot of lunch or early dinner in the bar/restaurant area. The staff are very friendly, attentive and efficient. You can order from the staff, at the bar or use the QR codes."

"The location of the hotel was very good. It was under a km from the airport and about 1.5 to the middle of the old town, and a nice walk up along the bay. There are swimming spots close by as well as groceries and bakeries. The neighborhood is quiet and doors/windows are good at keep the airport and street noise low. The hotel is older but well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."

"Lovely hotel and décor, we had an excellent size room and slept very well, food was good but very repetitive, I do think the a la carte restaurants could have been better... Staff were very attentive and friendly! The main pool could do with tidying up a little, there is some maintenance required and it could have been cleaner... there was sometimes lack of seating (evening entertainment area particularly and Sugar Reef bar ) and pool sides (loungers) when busy. The view and setting is lovely, hotel is in Gouvia town and there's a selection of restaurants and bars and gift shops if you want to leave the hotel. There is a small shop in the hotel as well as an excursions desk who were helpful also. overall, great stay!"
