This hotel is in a good location for walking around old town Corfu. It is a bit old but that’s to be expected. We had a comfortable bed. It was loud outside if you kept the windows open because the night life went on till 3AM but once closed it was tolerable.

I returned to this hotel having stayed there last year for one night before begining a hiking holiday. This year I stayed in a standard double room with sea view and balcony. Lovely views of the bay and marina. Ideally placed to walk to tavernas, cafés/restaurants, shops and cultural/historic sites. Restaurants adjacent to the hotel closed early evening, so no disturbance to relaxation and sleeping. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay and I look forward to returning.

Pros: Centrally located- close to the old and the new forts and to the markets Hotel has a good air conditioning Beds are comfortable Balcony facing the sea Cons: The rooms facing the street can get noisy As its also close to the tourist market and restaurants, it can get noisy There are no toiletries provided except for a body and a hand wash The receptionist while checking in had an attitude that wasn't very pleasant.

The most important reason for us to bock this hotel was LOCATION. We were able to do all the tourist things in Corfu town and visit many beaches in others towns around the island thank to the connectivity of the public transport in relation to the location of the hotel. The staff was always available to give us a hand with the details and info to achieve our visit plans without major inconveniences.
