Checking in was easy with an electronic lock and the host was very communicative with my questions. 2 things to note are that the walls are thin between this unit and the main house so you can indistinctly hear each other, and the mattress is quite hard, but I know some people prefer that. "This property is very dilapidated and could use a lot of renovations. First room we got, the tv wasn’t working. The 2nd room had some kind of stain in the corner and smelled like smoke. Some of the ceiling tiles were out of place, but at that point, we were too tired to be moved again. I spoke with another guest whose first room was already occupied and they walked in to a naked man and their second room had a large blood stain on the rug. First time here and definitely the last time."
