Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, the home boasts a spacious backyard—ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or play. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed living space with a washer and dryer included for your convenience.

Located just 5 minutes from the heart of downtown Summerville, you'll enjoy quick access to great dining, shopping, and entertainment. For those commuting or exploring, Park Circle is a short 20-minute drive away, and Charleston's vibrant downtown is just 30 minutes from your doorstep. This home is a perfect retreat with the best of the Lowcountry within reach!
We are also located directly across the street from Gahagan Park. If you are coming down for the travel baseball season, this is a great location for you and yours!

The property was very nice and easy to find. It was a close distance to family who live in Summerville which was a plus. The house was decorated nicely, clean and spacious. The backyard was fenced in and large. Great for our two small dogs that came with us this trip. Stayed an extra day which was easily accommodated. Chris got back with us very quickly when we had a question. Would stay again

We had a lovely wedding weekend! The location of the house was perfect for both the rehearsal dinner and reception. Close to downtown Summerville, too. Thanks for a great experience!

My husband and I stayed in the Pet friendly place for two months. During this time, there was no cleaning or yard service done nor were there cleaning supplies left to do our own cleaning . We did not sneak a pet into this pet friendly place. On the morning we were to leave, we had a serious medical emergency which caused us to leave the house mid-packing and due to this serious emergency, which we are still dealing with, were unreachable by phone. Despite paying fees, damage insurance, etc, this owner has stolen over 800 worth of our Wustofff knife’s, a 100 pair of scissors, a 400 set of glasses and various remnants of clothing and other items that we were unable to get packed due to him having called the police at 5:00 in the afternoon despite the cleaning service being onsite and after having explained the situation to them and seeing the home was mostly packed and vacated.Additionally drug dealers live next door, it is not a family friendly area and loud music and traffic next door go all night. Would not recommend this property or property manager ever.
