The Cow Patch is nestled between the heart of Downtown Lincolnton & the retail district this property is a great Stop & Stay for whatever brings you to town. Plenty of parking for larger groups or vehicles with trailers.

This home comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is kid-friendly as well. For entertainment, you'll find:

- FREE high-speed internet and 3 large Roku smart TVs with many free channels.
- A classic gaming console with vintage Nintendo games like Mario Bros, Kirby and Donkey Kong. Some kids may not understand these nostalgic games and may look at you funny when you are playing them and that's OK!

- Enjoy the outside while sitting on rocking chairs underneath the front covered porch.

For those traveling with little ones a portable folding crib is included in the home and a high chair can be provided upon request free of charge. There are also kid friendly utensils, plates and cups. The bathroom has a tub for children and both bedrooms feature their own private TV for when it's time to wind down.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, with several complimentary coffee blends to get you started. You will also find integrated USB-A and USB-C charging outlets in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. All you need is to bring your cable!

There is a washing machine, dryer, some laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner for your convenience. The closets have hangers and there is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the home.

- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) to last for the first few days of your stay depending on guest count.
- Safety Features: For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with several smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher & first aid kit. There are also security cameras in the outdoor common areas.
- EV Charger: An on-site Level 2 Tesla EV Charger with a NACS-style plug is available for your use.
- Property Notice: This home is part of a very small multi-unit short and mid-term rental complex which is surrounded by privacy fencing with open access to a large common driveway.
