Village of Loon Townhouse AC Pool Internet Panoramic Views No Entry Level Steps

Perched atop a west-facing slope, Our newly-renovated, end unit townhouse offers spectacular views of Loon Mountain. Relax on the deck as you toast the sunset over Mt. Moosilauke or watch as skiers carve turns down Loon Mountain. This townhouse is perfect for families and couples alike. With easy access to the area's endless natural and man-made attractions, you'll never want to leave. The recreation facility is state-of-the-art with everything from swimming pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, workout room, tennis courts and game room. During ski season on weekends the shuttle buses pick us up right outside our door and drop us off at Loon Mountains front door. Summer or Winter, Spring or Fall, the region offers something for everyone.
For renters information, we do have one camera it focuses on the entrance to the townhouse and the parking area in front of our unit. It is the only camera that we have. We do not have any interior cameras.

Swim club cards and bus pass must be hung on the refrigerator when leaving so the next renter will have them. If they are not $25.00 will be charged.
No more than four adults allowed Unless owner approves Motorcycles are not allowed. Our cul-de-sac is not conducive to motorcycles or their trailers.
Only two cars allowed in the allotted parking spots even if there are empty spaces 1 additional car to be parked in the overflow lot with parking pass

Great time!

We had a wonderful week exploring and enjoying the outdoors. We went to Santa’s village and story-land( about an hour drive) and enjoyed the nature trails. It was a great place to stay.

Great Location

Came here on a fall foliage trip through the White Mountains and the Kancamagus Highway. Terric location! Beautiful view and not overcrowded like some of the other resorts. Clean with great amneties. We would stay here again without a doubt. Great for families.

Communications could not have been better with the owners. The place was great for 4 adults. There is also a very cool loft bedroom that we think kids would love.Although we ate most meals out, the kitchen was very well stocked with whatever we needed.Beautiful views of Loon Mountain from the deck, master BR and living room.There is a TON to do in the area, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities.We didn't need heat or A/C during our stay, so no comment on them.Internet access was easy with fast service.A great place to stay.

Weekend getaway

The rental was exactly what we were looking for. The owner Jeff was very good with communication. You can’t beat the view of Loon Mountain! The pool and hot tubs were a great bonus.

Short family get away

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two older children (23 and 17). It was the perfect space for us! The views were nice and we all had a little privacy. It was central to the area attractions and hikes. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay here again in the future.

The perfect ski condo!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The location is perfect and the condo was spotless. The views of the mountain are stunning and the shuttle to Loon stops right outside their unit. Everything was very well organized. Don't hesitate to book this place, its awesome! We look forward to returning next year!

Fun family getaway!

This is a great condo and was perfect for our 3 night getaway with our family of 6! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements for every, a well stocked kitchen, and awesome views! We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoon and with some warm fall weather we swam both outside and inside multiple times! Close to restaurants and area attractions like biking at Loon, the gonodla rides, many nearby 4k+ ft mtns to hike, and some great NH state parks lile the Basin and Flume Gorge. A perfect family getaway before colder weather arrives!

Perfect getaway!

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful place! The owners have thought of everything and the location can’t be beat! The view is spectacular and you feel like you are on a retreat, but it is just a 5 minute ride to Loon mountain and all the great places to eat and drink downtown. The communication from the host was excellent, and we can’t say enough about it. We definitely want to stay here again soon! 👍

Christmas Kickoff Weekend

Great location. Kicked off my families Christmas season with a train ride to Santa followed up by a tree lighting in Waterville Valley (30 min ride). Jeff was great to deal with, let us know we could get there early if we wanted on check in day and checked up on us regularly to make sure everything was going well!
